冠心病患者血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶水平及临床意义分析
Clinical Significance of Serum γ-Valley Level in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum levels of gamma glutamine transferase (GGT)level and coronary heart disease patients as well as the relationship between clinical significance.Methods In 207 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD)patients treated at our hospital will pick,according to the severity of the patients with lesions,is divided into single lesion group (95 cases),the double branch lesion group (63 cases),three lesion group(49 cases),and the hospital at the same time will pick out of 52 cases of coronary heart disease patients as control group.For all patients serum FINS,LDLC, TG,TC,hdl -c leel,Glu,TBil,GGT inspection.Results The patients with coronary heart disease group of FINS,LDL -C,TG,TC,Glu,GGT level is significantly higher than the control group patients,and patients with coronary heart disease group of HDL-C,TBil level significantly lower than the control group patients, <0.05;And coronary heart disease (CHD)patients with the disease is severe,the higher the level of serum GGT,LDL-C accordingly,FINS will also greatly enhance the level,but will significantly reduce TBil level.Conclusion Serum GGT level and coronary heart disease (CHD) there is close relationship between occurrence,development,and can judge index as a clinical laboratory diagnosis of coronary artery disease.关键词
