Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods 150 patients with anemia in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the observation group,75 cases of patients with anemia in the observation group A,75 cases of iron deficiency anemia in the observation group B.In the same period,150 healthy persons were selected as the control group in clinical research.Blood tests were carried out for the three groups.Results After comparison,RBC and RBC/MCV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group B and control group.The RBC and Hb in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the observation group A and control group.The MCH and MCV in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group A and B, and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of A and B were not significantly different ( >0.05).Conclusion Blood test is helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia.关键词
