Application of Surface Anesthesia in Glaucoma Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of surface anesthesia in glaucoma surgery and its advantages.Methods Using lidocaine concentration 0.4%Benoxil eyedrops and 2%surface anesthesia,64 cases of 112 eyes were performed trabeculectomy and peripheral iridectomy.Results There were 104 eyes(92.86%)felt no pain after surgery,8 eyes(7.14%)surgery suture ocular conjunctiva there will be pain.Intraocular pressure after surgery in the range of 10~16mmHg,visual acuity and visual field compared with before surgery,in varying degrees,have improved.Conclusion Glaucoma surgery in the face of anesthesia Under the relatively safe and reliable,and simple operation,can shorten the operation time.关键词
