层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing management in surgical nursing management.Methods 100 patients with-2015 in our hospital from January 2015 to April were randomly divided into two groups.One group was the control group using conventional nursing method,and the observation group was treated with hierarchical nursing.Results The observation group of patients satisfaction rate reached 90%,the control group of patients satisfaction rate reached 60%.Control group of patients significantly reduce the pain of patients.Compared with the two groups of patients with obvious differences,with statistical significance. <0.05.Conclusion In clinical surgery nursing management mode,can improve the patient's satisfaction rate,reduce the pain of patients received.In clinical practice.关键词
