Abstract
Objective Mainly for pediatric nursing the causes of nursing disputes were analyzed in detail,and effective measures are put forward. Methods Our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were 160 children,to analyze the clinical data,to analyze causes of nursing disputes in pediatric nursing details and related countermeasures.Results In the pediatric detail management,tfamily factors in children with,hospital system,environmental and social factors.Conclusion The details into the pediatric nursing management,from the details,improve safety in pediatric nursing work,in order to avoid some mistakes,reduce the incidence of nursing disputes occurred.关键词
