摘要
Abstract
Objective Transient ischemic attack is believed to be the main controllable risk factor of the first ische-mic stroke and one of the common emergency in neurology department .More and more scholars put forward that we should deeper recognize ,research and summarize the TIA related clinical characteristics and risk factors ,and provide theory basis for formulating more standard and more pointed individualized diagnosis strategy .Methods This study do the retrospective analysis which based on 1003 patients that hospitalization in Jilin university No .1 hospital between January 2010 and March 2013 ,summarized the clinical characteristics and cerebral vascular condition of these patients ,primary study the relationship between cerebral arteries stenosis and every kind of clinical factors ,risk factors,ABCD2 score,discusses the directive signifi-cance of every related factors .Result The presence of cerebral arteries stenosis in TIA patients and gender ,hypertension , duration of symptoms were significant related (P<0.05).The distribution of cerebral arteries stenosis in TIA patients and age, diabetes mellitus,ABCD2 score were significant related (P<0.05).Conclusion The timely intervention treatments are necessary for TIA patients who have risk factors ,such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension .Pay much more attention to the duration of symptoms in TIA patients and give the patients an ABCD 2 score routinely .Through above of these to lower the incidence of TIA ,then decrease the occurrence of stroke .关键词
