煤炭矿山资源综合利用产业多元化的思考
On Industrial Diversiifcation of Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Mine Resources

Abstract
In recent years, the improvement in mining recovery rate, ore dressing recovery rate, and the rate of comprehensive utilization that coal mine enterprises have done has risen to some extent. But there is great room for it to grow. During the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” period, in line with the mining areas, coal types and regional characteristics of economy, the coal enterprises explored diversiifed industrial typical models with a view to promoting “the three rates”. For example, green coal mining mode, circular economy industrial chain like coal- electricity- chemicals- metallurgy- building- transportation, the production mode of circular economy of coal and electricity integration, coal chemical industry chain of low-quality coal resources. In responding to resource waste and environmental pollution problems that caused by high-intensive exploitation of a single coal resource, we need to further transform the pattern of economic development, adjust the industrial structure, and promote industrial diversiifcation of coal mine resource through technological innovation. In doing so, we should raise coal recovery ratio with a view to providing resources for the industry diversiifcation, strengthen the coal-bed methane and gas extraction so as to realize industrialization of coal energy utilization, promote comprehensive recycling of multiple resources, thus expanding production chain; step up efforts to building demonstration area and pilot project, and set up a typical industrialization example of comprehensive utilization of coal resources.关键词
