Abstract
Under the new normal, mining economy and traditional geological work is in the doldrums. Meanwhile, the geological work faces great opportunities of "the Belt and Road" strategy. Geological prospecting units need to further clarify the status and role in economic development, actively adapt to the new tasks and requirements, and realize transformation development under the new normal, taking reform and innovation as the driving force. The transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting units should focus on management and industrial development, to promote industrial development by upgrading management while to guarantee management by industrial transformation and upgrading. Taking Northwest Nonferrous Geological Mining Group as a case, the paper introduced its exploration and practice in terms of restructuring and deep reform, and further explored new ideas on geological prospecting units’ reform and development.关键词
