Abstract
Through straightening out the concept and features of urban land and space, as well as analyzing both national land space use and utilization quality, the connotation of the quality of urban land and space use is deifned as: the supporting capacity that the utilization process of land space within the scope of city boundary delimitation, and its speciifc using results including structure, function, layout, intensity has provided for realizing the goal of the city social harmony, economic development and ecological protection. Under the background of new-type urbanization, we should cover the range of overall coordination, intensive and high efifciency, ecological civilization, safe and livable urban neighborhoods, inheritance and sharing in setting up the evaluating standard of the quality of urban land and space use.关键词
