Abstract
Objectives To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture .Methods Old femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,the control group was treated with simple western medicine to prevent the formation of DVT ,on this basis,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese Medicine .The changes of hemorheology ,D two polymer levels ,and the incidence of DVT in the two groups were observed .Results After the com-pletion of treatment ,the level of D two polymer was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group ,P=0.006, the blood rheology indexes of observation group were lower than that of control group ,P<0.05,the incidence of DVT in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group ,P=0.047.Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can effectively prevent the formation of DVT after hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture .关键词
