The value of enteral nutrition in the treatment of acute non severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objectives To investigate the application value of early enteral nutrition in patients with acute non severe pancreati -tis.Methods Select 50 cases of non severe acute pancreatitis patients ,according to whether the early nutrition enteral nutrition ther-apy into the experimental grop (EN group) and control grop (PN group).For PN group,only give routine fasting,inhibition of gastric acid,inhibition of pancreatic secretion and intravenous nutritional support treatment ,according to the condition prescribed treatment 5~7 days to normal diet .For EN group ,on the basis of routine treatment ,admission to the hospital treatment after 3 days with early enteral nutrition.Compared two groups of patients admitted to the 1 day,3 days,7 days of white blood cell ,neutrophile granulocyte percentag,erythrocrit,albumin,hemodlastase,liver function,CRP etc.,indicators of changes and hospitalization days and hospitaliza-tion expenses have obvious difference or not .Results early enteral nutrition support treatment has obvious advantages of improving the nutritional status of the patients ,can shorten in-hospital days at the same time ,reduce hospitalization expenses ,but in the advan-tage of reducing systemic inflammatory response and liver and gallbladder is not obvious .关键词
