Abstract
Objectives To observe the change of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) levels of using recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator ( rt-PA) for the treatment of thepatients with wake-up ischemic stroke ( WUS) under the guidance of multi-mode CT.Methods Eighteen patients with WUS who were suitable for intravenous thrombolysis after the multimodal CT screening at the Department of Neurology Shiyan Hospital of Tntegrated Traditional and Western Medicine ,Hubei Province from October 2012 to October 2014 were enrolled retrospectively as the intravenous thrombolysis group , which were treated with rt-PA 0.9mg/Kg.Twenty patients with WUS who were suitable for intravenous thrombolysis after the multimodal CT screening ,but because of refu-sing thrombolysis and other reasons without having intravenous thrombolysis from February 2010 to February 2012 were enrolled ret-rospectively as the control proup ,which were treated with conventional treatment of ischemic apoplexy .The changs of hs-CRP of two groups of patients were before treatment ,24h,7days,14days after treatment .Results Before treatment and 24h after treatment ,com-pared with the control group ,the change of hs-CRP level of the intravenous thrombolysis group was no statistical significance ( P>0.05).7days and 14days after the treatment,compared with the control group,the level of hs-CRP of the intravenous thrombolysis group was reduced,had statistical significance(P<0.05).For the intravenous thrombolysis group ,copared with “before the treat-ment”and “24h after the tretment”,the level of hs-CRP at“7days、14days after the treatment”was reduced,had statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05).Conclusions Using rt-PA for the treatment of WUS under the guidance of multimode CT ,hs-CRP was the indica-tor for supervising patient ,s condition and therapeutic effect .关键词
