Abstract
Objectives To observe the clinical effect of inhaled corticosteroid in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage .Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from January 2014 to Jan-uary 2015 were divided into two groups ,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with inhalation of salbutamol and hy-perbaric oxygen therapy and expectorant treatment of conventional scheme ,the observation group were given budesonide glucocorti-coid inhalation treatment on the basis of the control group .Pulmonary function score ,clinical symptom score ,dyspnea score ,quality of life score,the total effective rate of treatment and adverse drug reaction rate of the two groups were observed and statistically ana -lyzed.Results The treatment total effective rate of observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than the control group 72.0%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,pulmonary function,clinical symptom score,dyspnea score and life quality score in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05) .The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 18%, slightly lower than that of the control group ( 22%) , but there was no significant difference ( P>0.05).Conclusions for patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ,the treatment effect is better ,and it is beneficial to improve clinical symptoms and quality of life ,and less adverse reactions ,higher security ,worthy of clinical application .关键词
