Abstract
Objectives Observation of elderly accident injury symptoms of anxiety and somatization trauma patients with early inter -vention effect .Methods In 80 cases of accidental injury after the elderly as the research object ,measure in trauma within 7 days of the psychological change of characteristics ,the implementation of nursing intervention ,three days later again by SCL-90 psychological assess-ment table 9 factor measurement ,comparison of urban and rural elderly people psychological change before and after the implementation of nursing intervention .Results Urban and rural accidental injury within 7 days after the main psychological problems in terms of somatiza-tion feeling and anxiety ,through the implementation of nursing intervention again three days after the evaluation ,the results of the rural and urban elderly anxiety somatization symptoms and close to the national norm (P<0.05).Conclusions Accidental injury early urban and rural areas is obviously abnormal feel somatization and anxiety in the elderly ,through the implementation of nursing intervention obvi-ously alleviate the elderly accident injury to cause psychological change .关键词
