帕金森病患者同型半胱氨酸、催乳素、人软骨糖蛋白-39水平与病情的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of homocysteine, prolactin, YKL-40 levels and the severity of Parkinson disease

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy), prolactin, YKL-40 levels and the severity of Parkinson disease (PD). Method From June 2014 to June 2015, 80 patients with PD in our hospital were selected as research objects (PD group), and 80 cases of non-PD people were taken as control group. According to the severity of illness, PD patients were divided into early stage (H-Y staging < 2, 27 cases), middle stage (2 ≤ H-Y staging < 3, 28 cases) and late stage (H-Y staging ≥ 3, 25 cases). After admission, PD patients were given appropriate treatment. Hcy, prolactin ,YKL-40 levels, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scores were detected and the correlation with the severity of PD were analyzed. Result The Hcy levels of early, mid and late stage PD group were (11.28±4.13) μmol/L, (23.43±7.67) μmol/L, (37.54±8.73)μmol/L, respectively, which were all significantly higher than control group [(6.12±3.01)μmol/L] (P < 0.05); Hcy level was the highest in late stage PD group and the lowest in early stage PD group (P < 0.05). The prolactin level, MMSE scores of early, mid and late stage PD group were all lower than control group (P < 0.05), the level of YKL-40 was higher than control group (P < 0.05);there were statistically significant difference in the levels of above mentioned indexes between subgroups of PD (P<0.05). The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that MMSE score was negatively correlated with Hcy level (r=-0.8873, P<0.05) and YKL-40 level (r=-0.7479, P<0.05), which was positively correlated with prolactin level (r=1.1022, P<0.05). Conclusion There are significant correlation in the severity of PD with homocysteine, prolactin, and YKL-40 levels. The later stage of PD, the higher level of Hcy and YKL-40, the lower level of prolactin, these indexes play role of determing the prognosis of different degrees of PD, and are conducive to the treatment and assessment of PD.关键词
