Abstract
Objective To explore the early hepatocellular carcinoma clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with CIK cell transfusion therapy after the surgery of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA). Method From January 2009 to January 2011, 80 cases of early cancer patients in our hospital were chosen as the research objects, according to the different treatment methods, they were divided into experimental group (TACE + RFA + CIK, 41 cases) and control group (TACE + RFA, 39 cases). The clinical efficacy, biochemical indexes of liver function and progression free survival rate were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.24%, control group was 87.18%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The indexes of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL), alpha fetoprotein (AFP) levels in the two groups of patients after treatment were all significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), the indexes of ALT, TBIL and AFP levels in experimental group of patients after treatment were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The survival rate of 3 years and 5 years after treatment of experimental group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion CIK cells combined with interventional method in patients with early hepatocellular carcinoma can improve the liver function and the progression free survival rate.关键词
