Abstract
Objective To study the quality of life and its influencing factors of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and to lay a theoretical foundation for improving the quality of life of ASD children's parents. Method 118 cases of ASD children's parents admitted in our hospital from August 2010 to January 2016 were enrolled in observation group, and 120 parents of healthy children were included in control group when they received health education for ASD. The quality of life of the two groups children's parents were investigated and analyzed by using the quality of life questionnaire (GQOLI-74), and compared the scores of GQOLI-74 of children with different gender, different course, different occupation and different cultural degree of parents in observation group. The factors of statistical difference were included in the Logistic multi factor regression analysis, and summarized the risk factors that affect the quality of life of parents. Result The scores of quality of life and the total score in each dimension in observation group were lower than control group (P < 0.05). Children's gender, duration of disease, parents occupation, parents' educational level were the influencing factors of parents' quality of life (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality of life of parents of ASD children is generally poor, and many factors can lead to a further decline in their quality of life, pay attention to negative emotion of ASD children's parents and carry out reasonable intervention according to the risk factors of its existence, is expected to ease the psychological pressure, improve the quality of life.关键词
