LNG中间流体气化器内的单相换热过程分析
Analysis of Single-phase Heat Transfer Process in LNG Intermediate Fluid Vaporizer

Abstract
Intermediate fluid vaporizer (IFV) is a crucial component for liquefied natural gas (LNG) floating storage and re-gasification unit (FSRU). Two-phase heat transfer process of propane is widely used in IFVs. To decrease the size of IFVs, the single-phase heat transfer process of intermediate fluid is presented in this paper. Taking glycol solution as the intermediate fluid, the single-phase heat transfer process is analyzed and two main heat exchangers are designed. The results show that, comparing with those taking propane as intermediate fluid, it may result in smaller heat exchanger, less circulation flow, less pump power, lower working pressure as well as better economic efficiency by adopting glycol solution as the intermediate fluid.关键词
