新型城镇化进程中农民工市民化职业教育与培训现状--基于常州的调查OA北大核心
On the Citizen-oriented Vocational Education and Training of Migrant Workers in the Process of New Urbanization--Based on the Investigation of Changzhou
职业教育与培训作为提高农民工市民化能力的一种重要手段，在农民工市民化的过程中发挥着重要作用。通过对常州地区农民工市民化过程中接受职业教育与培训的情况进行调查发现，政府对培训认识不足导致专门管理部门的缺乏，农民工文化程度低、学习能力差直接影响培训积极性，经费投入不足严重制约培训质量提升；培训结果有待认可源自过程监管与评价的缺陷。进一步完善农民工市民化职业教育培训，需要通过出台政策法规、建立专门管理部门、宣传培训作用效果来营造培训良好氛围；通过培训内…查看全部>>
As an important means to improve the capacity of migrant workers’vocational education and training plays an important role in the migrant workers’ civilization.
