Developmental Rate and Effective Accumulated Temperature of Diplonevra peregrina (Wiedemann) under Indoor Natural Tempera-ture
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To investigate development law of Diplonevra peregrina (Wiedemann) under indoor natural temperatures.[Method] Rate of development and total effective accumulated temprature of D.peregrina were studied under indoor natural temperature.[ Result] De-velopmental threshold temperature of eggs, larvae and pupae were (14.78 ±1.25), (15.88 ±0.90) and (16.04 ±0.20) ℃, respec-tively, and effective accumulated temperature were (176.24 ±19.52),(1 571.95 ±158.07) and (3 516.41 ±100.460) h ×℃, respec-tively.Two equation of linear regression (Y1 =0.862+0.848X1, Y2 =27.604-1.460X2) were established between the total effective tem-perature and the body length of larvae.[ Conclusion] It can be used to estimate the time of death in forensic medicine practice depending on the mathematical model from the effective temperature under indoor natural temperature.关键词
