松巨瘤天牛触角感器的扫描电镜观察OA
Scanning Election Microscopic Observations of Sensilla on the Antenna of Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer
[目的]初步探讨松巨瘤天牛(Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer)触角感器的功能。[方法]利用扫描电镜观察松巨瘤天牛成虫触角感器的类型、数量和分布规律。[结果]松巨瘤天牛成虫触角上共有4种类型的感器,即刺形感器(Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型和Ⅴ型)、锥形感器、指形感器和钩形感器;触角各节感器的分布存在明显差异,背面、腹面的感器类型和数量也存在明显差异。[结论]研究结果为今后的电生理学、比较行为学和生物防治研究提供了基础资料。
Objective] The aim was to discuss functions of sensilla on the antenna of Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer.[Method] Anten-nal sensilla types,number and distribution of Morimospasma paradoxum Ganglbauer dorsal and ventral were observed with scanning electron mi-croscopy.[ Result] The results showed that the sensilla can be classified into four types morphologically, including chaetica sensillumⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅤ,basiconic sensillum,finger sensillum,hook sensillum.The…查看全部>>
