Research on the Framework of Land Reserve Planning-A Case Study of Land Reserve Planning of Fuqing City in 2016
摘要
Abstract
First,using block diagram to sort out the planning of land use and land management,define the concept of land reserve planning and analyze its role in the whole land planning system.Second,on the basis of studying land reserve planning of Fuqing City in 2016,by referring to Shanghai,Guangzhou and other land reserve planning,using block diagram and literature review method to elaborate basic framework of land re-serve planning from three aspects:strategic positioning of planning situation,determination of guidelines,planning index allocation and safeguard measures of planning implementation.关键词
