工程专业认证视域下的食品科学工程专业学生创新能力培养
Innovation Ability Training of Students Majored in Food Science and Engineering under the View of Engineering Education Certifica-tion
摘要
Abstract
Cultivation of innovative talents is an important task for higher education connotative construction.As one of applied majors, Food Sci-ence and Engineering specialty attaches great importance to the innovation ability of students.However, the status of teaching subject is upside down.Coordination ability is insufficiency.And the teaching practice mode is rigid.Effective support for the cultivation of innovative ability is lacked.Therefore, we pointed out that it was necessary to take innovation ability training as the target, traditional education mode was forced to adjust based on Outcomes-based Education ( OBE) under the background of professional certification of engineering education.From the aspects of professional knowledge and soft strength cultivation, we should enhance the vector support degree and goal reaching degree of innovative ability cultivation, which was helpful to accomplish the goal of first-class talent cultivation in Food Science and Engineering specialty.关键词
