Application of Rotifer in Environmental Microbiology Experiment Teaching
摘要
Abstract
The environmental microbiology is a professional basic course in environmental engineering of higher education, and the experiment teaching of the course includes a large number of prokaryotic micro-organisms which give some degree of difficulty.In order to solve the prob-lem, the micro-metazoa rotifer was selected as the test object, for its simple culture and frequent reproducing, and 6 experiments were set up combined with the teachers'scientific research.The application of rotifer, which has highlighted the professional characteristic of environmental engineering, has stimulated students’ interest and achieved remarkable teaching effect.关键词
