摘要

Abstract

1Along with electricity market development in China and separation of power source centers from load centers, development of cross-regional and cross-province electricity transaction is of huge significance. Based on practical investigation and survey, current situation and features of cross-regional and cross-province electricity transaction in China are discussed. Aimed at problems in current transaction and considering diversity of power generation or purchasing cost of different load levels, reference price of deviation electric quantity based on regional generation cost is obtained referring price clearing of balancing market. Reference price and contract price are compared to determine deviation price by logic. Prices of contract electric quantity and deviation electric quantity are settled separately. Simulation results show effectiveness and practicability of the method.
