Abstract
1ABSTRACT:In view of high dimension and large scale optimization of monthly generationscheduling, a piecewise linearization method based on local minimum deviation is proposed, extracting characteristic time periods of load and other power curves to significantly decrease model scale. Considering strengthened rigid requirement of dispatch control of medium-long term electric energy in power market reform, a monthly generation scheduling and security correction model is developed with power-energy decoupling. In the model, transmission energy is introduced as decision variable evaluating transmission capacity requirements of transmission channel. Based on this, monthly electric energy is checked whether requirements of transaction execution and power grid operation are satisfied, thus integrated modeling and solving for monthly generation schedule optimization and security correction is realized. Network performance constraints among generating units, load and transmission channel ensure rationality of transmission energy solution on transmission channels. Simulation in IEEE 118-bus system demonstrates effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.关键词
