摘要

Abstract

1Motivating demand response resources to participate in system regulation is of great significance on improvement of system reliability and energy efficiency. Critical peak pricing (CPP) is an effective incentive mechanism using price leverage to guide customers to change electricity consumption behavior reasonably and relieves contradiction between power supply and demand during peak hours. In this paper, based on current situation of electricity market in China, a dynamic CPP approach considering demand response was put forward. Consumer psychology theory was used to describe customers’ response and CPP implementation process was designed with both peak day and peak hour determination methods given. CPP tariff optimization model considering interests of both power companies and consumers was built. For this double-objective optimization problem, equilibrium solution of static cooperative game model was used as CPP rate to achieve optimal goal of power enterprise and customers’ interests. Numerical results prove effectiveness of the proposed models and approaches in reducing peak load significantly and saving consumers’ electricity bills.
