摘要

Abstract

1This paper analyzed impacts of simultaneous commutation failure in multi-infeed HVDC Transmission on power grid, and reviewed existing coping strategies. A scheme for solving problem of simultaneous multi UHVDC commutation failure with security and stability control system (SSCS) is proposed. Research results were applied in three UHVDC transmission projects. Study was carried out focusing on SSCS configuration, failure criterion and control strategies in this paper. Field tests verified that the system meets power grid stability control requirements.
