A Cross Transimpedance Amplifier Design

Abstract
The bandwidth and the parallel and parallel negative feedback and the transimpedance gain of tran⁃simpedance amplifier is improved by using the regulated cascode circuit configuration(RGC). The transimpedance amplifier was designed with using 0.5μm standard complementary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOS)process. Test results show that the circuit has a transimpedance gain 69.93 dB,830 MHz-3 dB bandwidth. The input current is 1μA,its dynamic output voltage swing reaches 4.5 mV at 5 V supply voltage and its consume power only 63.16 mW.关键词
