摘要

Abstract

According to the continuity performance of GNSS for the influence on the field of civil aviation ,an evalua⁃tion model of continuity of Signal-In-Space(SIS)is put forward referring to the principle of reliability on GPS. Then, the GPS failure reports,which were released by Federal Aviation Administration(FAA)from the year 1999 to 2015, were calculated and analyzed. The continuity probability of each satellite was got. Finally ,the data were compared with the continuity probability index 0.999 8,which released by the 2008 version of the GPS standard positioning service performance standard(GPS SPS PS). The conformity of GPS SIS continuity was verified. In addition,refer⁃ring to the present situation of BeiDou satellite navigation system in our country,suggestions about its continuity’s monitoring and assessment were put forward. Meanwhile,it has great reference value to the study of the continuity of BeiDou navigation system.
