摘要

Abstract

A integrated detector is designed and accomplished for weak fluorescence signals,aiming at the detection of the fluorescence intensity emitted by Fluorescent dyes,Green fluorescent protein or other material. The detector can be used to measure the concentration of the Fluorescent dyes,Green fluorescent protein or other material. The detector can be made up of several modules,which are the source of light,the amplifier of PN,sampling control unit and the communication unit. Application of the test results show that the detector can detect weak fluorescence inten⁃sity of 1 000 photons change,3.0 pmol Fluorescein. It can be used for general needs of weak fluorescence detection.
