冷链物流中远程食品新鲜度检测的电子鼻系统设计
Design of Electronic Nose System for Remote Freshness Detection of Food in Cold Chain Logistics
摘要
Abstract
The remote electronic nose system was designed for the effectively monitoring of the food freshness in the various links of the cold chain logistics. In the system the associated gas with the pork freshness was set as the de⁃tection target,and the gas chamber and the gas sensor array were designed by the single-chip technology for the da⁃ta collection and processing of the pork in the cold storage. At last the principal component analysis method was used to execute the freshness detection and the results were transferred via GPRS. The test results show that the sys⁃tem has advantages such as high detection accuracy and low loss rate,and meets the application requirements.关键词
