电动汽车用充电器与驱动器一体化拓扑研究
Research on the Integration of Charger and Driver for Electric Vehicle
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve problems caused by the separation of electric vehicle driving and charging system ,an in⁃tegrated power electronic topology and control strategy for electric vehicle driving and charging system are pro⁃posed,this system works as an electrical drive mode under normal operation and a battery charging mode under re⁃verse operation. The integrated topology sharing the main circuit and control circuit of the driving system ,without additional AC/DC and DC/DC charger,improving power density,reducing product cost,reducing the system failure rate,reducing the installation space,and solving the problems caused by the separation of the driving and charging of the traditional electric vehicle. In the end,the integrated topology and control strategy is verified,the motor mod⁃el used in the experiment is 80CB050C,the results show that the DC link voltage ripple is around 6.9%in the charg⁃ing experiment,after the further filtered through themotor winding in Buck circuit,the charging voltage and current ripple are basically stable at 0.3%,which verified that the proposed method is correct and feasible,and it has a cer⁃tain application prospect and practical value.关键词
