Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce and overseas purchasing agency, entry and exit mails have become the important way of current commodity flow. A survey was made on the present condition of the inspection and Quarantine of entry and exit mails of Quanzhou port and problems are discussed from the perspectives of inspection and quarantine, and the social environment. Put forward a solution which contains promoting the public consciousness level and strengthening the system construction, which can effectively prevent import mail carrying the animal or plant epidemic, pest, infectious diseases, poisonous and harmful material incoming, ensure the safety of the country.关键词
