Abstract
Human Resources Management is such a major with strong applicability and practicability. Based on the training target in the local application-oriented undergraduate college and through the survey of the requirements that the middle and small-sized companies have on staff in Human Resources Management, and the survey of demand as well as the expectation that the college students in this major have in their study, the article will mainly focus on the construction of practical teaching in Human Resource Management and try to come up with the design of practical teaching system in terms of grades and periods so that students ability of obtaining employment could be strengthened.关键词
