Abstract
Taking as an example the flood disaster that happened in Songshuping Village in the urban ar -ea of Enshi City on July 12,2016,we evaluated the cause of the torrential flood disaster through rainstorm and flood design calculation ,and analyzed the characteristics of rainstorm and flood ,which provides scien-tific basis for early warning and prevention of torrential .关键词
