摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the stress and deformation situation of bimetallic composite pipe in hydro-forming and drawing method production process, from the aspect of bimetallic composite pipe in stress analysis, using plane strain assumption and ideal elastic-plastic material as material model, the bimetallic composite pipe hydro-forming process was conducted simplified analysis, sets up a simplified model of forming process and the related mechanical formula, and verified the test results. The results showed that , without considering material work hardening, the predicted results is consistent with the test result trend, and is the lower limit of the test result; considering material work hardening, the predicted result accords with the test result well, the established predicted formula can give better predicted results.关键词
