摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce welding cost of Incoloy825 iron nickel alloy composite pipe,adopting low alloy steel welding materials to carry out feasibility research on iron nickel alloy composite pipe filling and covering welding. It used ERNiCrMo-3 nickel-based welding wire argon arc welding for backing,E71T8-Ni1J self-protection flux cored wire semi-automatic for filling and covering,and physical and chemical tests were carried on for welded joint, including tensile,bending,impact,corrosion resistance and so on. The results indicated that adopting low alloy steel welding material for iron nickel alloy composite pipe filling and covering welding,the impact toughness and corrosion resistance are on the low side,which cannot meet the requirements of relevant standards. Research results showed that using low alloy steel welding material for this kind of composite pipe to fill covering is not feasible.
