2014~2015年黑龙江牡丹江地区犬博卡病毒的分子流行病学调查
Molecular Epidemiology Investigation of Canine Bocavirus in Mudanjiang Area of Heilongjiang Province from 2014 to 2015

Abstract
To investigate the evolution of CBoV strains circulating in Northeast China,40 fecal samples from rectal swabs of diarrheic dogs collected from May 2014 to April 2015 in Mudanjiang area. PCR amplification method was used to identify co-infection detec-tion and phylogenetic analysis. The PCR results indicated that 8 of the 40 fecal samples (20%)were positive for CBoV,co-infction of CPV-2,CCoV,and CaKV was 37.3%,25%,and 25%,respectively. Sequence analysis revealed that the partial NS1 genes of the 8 CBoV strains exhibited 94.2%~100% nucleotide identity,and 91.7%~100% amino acid identity. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that genetic diversity of the 8 CBoV strains from China compared with strains of CBoV from South Korea,the USA,Germany,and Hong Kong of China. The data revealed the presence of co-infection and genetic groups among the CBoV strains circulating in Mudanjiang area.关键词
