多种诱变法提高植物乳杆菌产苯乳酸能力的研究

Abstract
Independent separable Lactobacillus plantarum LY-78 was used as the original strain,through single mutation(UV,NTG) and complex mutation (DES-UV,NTG-UV) breeding,using zone of inhibition method,concentration of phenyllactic acid and hereditary stability to screen mutant strains. After mutation,NTG-UV concentration was the highest,phenyllactic acid production reached 712 mg·L-1 than the original strain yield of 246 mg·L-1 increased 2.89 times,and provided excellent strains for industrialized production of PLA.关键词
