Design and Simulation of Targets’RCS Loaded with Luneburg-Lens Reflectors

Abstract
For the demand of weapon equipment test and air combat simulation, this paper proposes one method that small targets loaded with Luneburg-Lens reflectors can simulate the Radar Cross Section (RCS)of the assault aircrafts. Based on FEKO software,the electromagnetic scattering of Luneburg-Lens reflectors is calculated and analyzed in the term of different shape,size and position of reflector plates. The Luneburg-Lens reflectors are used to change and design the fluctuation characteristic of RCS of targets. The targets loaded with single and double reflectors are simulated and analyzed,which results indicate the feasibility of this method.关键词
