广西不同产地瑶药猛老虎中白花丹醌的含量比较研究
Comparison Study on the Plumbagin Content in Plumbago Zeylanica Collected from Different Areas of Guangxi

Abstract
Objective:To compare plumbagin content in Plumbago zeylanica from different areas of Guangxi,in order to provide references for appropriate utilization and development of Plumbago zeylanica (A Yao medicine named Menglaohu) medicinal materials.Methods:The content of plumbagin from Plumbago zeylanica was determined by HPLC.The analysis was carried out on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of methanol:water (60∶40,V∶V) in isocratic elution with flow rate 1.0 mL/ rin and the detection wave length was 265 nm.Results:The plumbagin showed good linearity (r2=0.9999) in a relatively wide concentration range (0.104 μg～2.08 μg).The recovery rate of the method was in the range of 98.05％-100.52％,and the RSD was 1.12％.The plumbagin content range of 16 batches of Plumbago zeylanica from 12 places of Guangxi was 0.004％～0.311％.Conclusion:Plumbagin contents in Plumbago zeylanica from different areas of Guangxi had certain differences and the HPLC method can be used to control the quality of the Plumbago zeylanica medicinal materials.关键词
