摘要

Abstract

The space micro-debris and the atomic oxygen (AO) have great impact on the spacecraft materials with protective coatings. This paper focuses on the combined effect of micro-debris and AO on the ITO/Kapton/Al film by test. The results indicate that the ITO/Kapton/Al film is damaged seriously and has an obvious mass loss after the combined test. The change of the solar absorptance is similar in the case of the combined test and the micro-debris impactonly. The composition of In and Sn is decreased, and the C content sees a downtrend compared with the single micro-debris impact test result.
