摘要

Abstract

Using artificial climate box to simulate different temperature gradients(25 ℃、20 ℃、15 ℃、10 ℃、5 ℃)to study the effects of different temperature on the photosynthesis parameters of sorghum hybrid Liaonian 3 .The result shows that:with the temperature decreasing,leafchlorophyll content of Liaonian 3 went down.The content of chlorophyll was decline stronger when the temperature were colder.The photosynthetic rate and tran-spiration rate also decreased with the temperature decreased.The values of stomatal conductance were signifi-cant differences between the high temperature treatment(25 ℃、20 ℃)and low temperature (15 ℃、10 ℃、5℃)treatment.But there were not significant differences among the high temperature treatment(25 ℃、20 ℃) or low temperature (15 ℃、10 ℃、5 ℃)treatment.With temperature falling,the intercellular carbondioxide concentration increased first and then decreased,the values of the 15 ℃ treatment was lowest.Used quadratic regression model to simulating sorghum hybrid Liaonian 3 light response curve in different temperature.The light saturatron point,maximum net photosynthetic rates and apparent quantum efficiency went down when the temperature decreased,and there were significant differences among the different temperature treatments.The light compensation point and dark respiration rate of the 10 ℃ treatment was lowest than other treatments.
