江苏省不同时期水利工程移民征地安置方式比较研究
Comparative Study of Land Acquisition and Resettlement of Water Conservancy Project in Different Period of Jiangsu Province

Abstract
This paper selects 3 water conservancy projects of Jiangsu Province which were built in the period of planned economy,planned economy to market economy in transition period and market economy,guided by the theory of comparative institutional analysis,combined with cultivated land resources,farmers 'income structure,employment environment and other factors in three different periods to compare and analyze the evo-lution of land requisition compensation and resettlement for water conservancy project.This article concluded that non-ffarm resettlement has gradually become the main way for the resettlement of water conservancy pro-ject .The author thinks that we can take a variety of measures,such as improve the social security system,in-crease of off-farm employment training,explore the urban resettlement.关键词
