摘要

Abstract

In order to support solving the problem of abandoned wind power and solar,this paper proposed a matched method for real-time wind power and solar accommodation and assessment of power quantity accommodation.The research starts with the analysis of energy abandoned reason and the policies already implemented,according to the research about assessment index such as abandoned and accommodation power quantity,including the index values,calculation,physical meaning and application methods.Finally,this article proposed wind power and solar accommodation increment assessment method can be used in plan accommodation and direct control accommodation,and a case is also given for showing how does the match method and assessment operation.
