摘要

Abstract

One way for the resource utilization of sludge is to pyrolysis it to prepare biochar.In this paper,the dewatered sludge is used as the raw material to prepare biochar by pyrolysis.The process conditions for sludge pyrolysis preparing biochar is researched,the samples were well characterized by SEM,BET,FTIR,DES and elemental analysis.The results showed that,the optimum processing conditions was:pyrolysis temperature at 350 ℃,the content of KAC at 4%,response time at 60 min,raise velocity of temperature at 7 ℃/min;biochar with good pore structure was obtained by pyrolysis,the specific surface area can reach 10.942 m2/g;in the pyrolysis process,the loss of the elements such as carbon,oxygen,sulfur contribute to the enrichment of magnesium,aluminum,silicon,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,iron and other elements,which is helpful for their long-term effect as maps matter;the moisture in sludge can promote its adsorption performance and the specific surface area size,the reusing of sludge to prepare biochar can realize the effective utilization of resources,the prepared biochar met the second-level criterion of farmland.
