摘要

Abstract

Direct liquefaction is a potential way in the disposal of human fecal to realize the harmlessness,reduction and resource recovery of fecal.This study focuses on the process conditions of direct liquefaction using human fecal.Results show that,the highest yield of bio-oil would be realized in the condition of 310 ℃ and 30 min in single factor experiment,with yield rate of 51.77%.When using Box-Behnken response surface methodology to study the optimum process condition of direct liquefaction,results show that temperature is the key factor on bio-oil yield and the optimum process condition would be 314 ℃ and 43 min with the highest yield rate of 49.59%.The highest calorific value of bio-oil can reach to 36.59 MJ/kg in the direct liquefaction process of human fecal.This study also draws a conclusion that direct liquefaction is a process of accumulation of C and H.
