社区体育公园规划建设的影响因素与发展策略
The Influence Factors and Developing Strategy of Planning and Construction of Community Sports Park

Abstract
AbSTRAcT Community sports park provides the necessary place for people’s relaxation activities in modern society. Firstly this paper analyzes the concept and the connotation of community sports park. Then, in terms of the quantity, scale, function and facilities configuration of community sports park, the influence factors of its planning and construction were analyzed on service and demand. Sevice factors including economical level, government policy, land-use possibility, management and so on , demand factors including consumption patterns and different personality demands. Finaly,the development strategy of community sports park was put forward.关键词
