摘要

Abstract

The unhairing performance of the new depilation compound enzyme MDE and AS1.398 protease was studied.The soluble protein content and the hydroxyproline content in the unhairing liquor were analyzed.The results showed that the soluble protein content in the unhairing liquor (MDE) was higher but the hydroxyproline content was obviously lower than that of the unhairing liquor (AS1.398).The depilation compound enzyme MDE made hair removal more efficient than AS1.398 protease.The excessive degradation of AS1.398 led to loose-grain problem.
